Playing with this flag will shuffle gear effects within the same tier of items.

For example, the Haste Helm's Haste effect might get swapped onto the PrismSpecs (whose Prism effect - all damage increased by 50% - might be on something else as well). In this case, the game will call the item HasteSpecs. Special ultimate weapon effects (like Magus's Doomsickle gaining power when allies are KO'd or Lucca's Wondershot dealing random damage) might also be shuffled. The player might find a Doom Bow or a WonderMune.

Items that have been randomized will have their names and descriptions reflect those changes.
