Strategy
Lightning-based attacks lower Nizbel II's defense. It's defense goes up when hit with anything besides lightning-based attacks. After taking enough lightning damage, Nizbel II will release energy, resulting in a powerful lightning AoE. It's defense will be reset (back to full) once energy is released.
